The Man Behind The Mic

My name is Steven and I have Bipolar 1 disorder. I am a veteran and sometimes I still find myself "marching" places. I'm a father of three amazing little children and I couldn't be more proud. I'm a full-time student at The University of North Carolina at Asheville, and I'm the president of the Student Veterans Association on campus. When I'm not running around for school whether it's a club or student government, you can find me on the golf course improving my game, and learning how to be more present in the moment.

I started this podcast, blog, and website, to talk about a subject that often gets overlooked. What I really want, is for anyone out there who feels like they're alone, to find this space and begin to feel less alone.
